1. Shipping Locations

We ship both domestically within India and internationally to select countries. Please check availability at checkout or contact us for clarification before placing an order.


2. Shipping Method & Freight

All orders are shipped via reputed freight and logistics partners, based on the size, weight, and destination of your furniture.

International orders are shipped using ocean freight unless otherwise stated.


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic Shipping (India): 10–21 business days

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 60 to 90 days from the date of dispatch

Please note: These timelines are approximate and may vary due to customs clearance, port delays, or other unforeseen logistical factors.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any applicable local charges are not included in your order total. These will be assessed by your local customs authority and are to be paid by the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused due to customs processing.


5. Shipping Insurance & Transit Damage

All international shipments are covered under transit/travel insurance.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged during transit:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share your order number, delivery receipt, and clear photos/videos of the damage

Once we assess and verify the damage with our logistics partner and insurance provider, a suitable resolution (such as replacement or insurance claim processing) will be offered.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your shipment directly via the carrier’s website.


7. Failed Deliveries & Re-Shipping

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to accept the shipment, re-delivery charges (including customs duties if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
